Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage capabilities, but we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. Its seating configuration versatility is a plus, though, as it allows parents to mount their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their requirements.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score both for weight and folded size, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scores well for maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents looking for a stroller that can be tucked away in small spaces. The Delta is a basic model and does not have the features other strollers we tried offer like a large storage basket or a deep recline. However, it's a great choice for families on a tight budget and for those who need an additional stroller for short-term use, such as an outing to the zoo.
